Prime Therapeutics earns top score on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index

Company’s 100 score reflects its sustained commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion across policies, benefits and culture

Human Rights Campaign Foundation 2026 | Equality 100 | Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion

Every employee deserves to feel they belong at work, and for LGBTQ+ professionals, that sense of safety and inclusion often depends on more than a job description. Policies that protect, benefits that include and daily actions that affirm identity help make career growth possible. That’s the bar the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI) — an annual benchmark that rates how well employers create and maintain an inclusive workplace for LGBTQ+ people  sets.

This year, Prime Therapeutics (Prime) again met HRC’s full set of standards for LGBTQ+ inclusive workplaces to earn a perfect score of 100 and the Equality 100: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion designation. It’s Prime’s third time receiving a top CEI score (following 2022 and 2025), signaling ongoing strong adoption of inclusivity initiatives.

“At Prime, inclusion is foundational to how we support our people and serve our members and clients,” said Erin Feigal, chief human resources officer for Prime. “Achieving a top CEI score for the third time reflects sustained, organization-wide work — from equitable benefits and inclusive policies to active employee resource groups — that helps all employees feel seen, supported and able to thrive.”

“Our goal is to create a workplace where everyone can show up as their authentic selves, which requires thoughtful action, not just intention,” added Zabrina Watkins, diversity, equity and inclusion program director. “Earning 100 again on the CEI reinforces that we’re making steady progress and building a culture where all employees feel supported and welcomed.”

For Prime, LGBTQ+ inclusion isn’t just values‑aligned; it strengthens Prime’s ability to attract talent, deliver for health plans and employers, and model a culture its stakeholders expect.

The CEI assesses four areas: non‑discrimination, equitable benefits, inclusive culture and social responsibility. Prime’s approach aligns policy, benefits and culture across these pillars through enterprise governance and human resources (HR) partnerships, enabling consistent application across a national workforce and reinforcing year‑over‑year progress.

What’s behind Prime’s score

Prime’s score reflects programs such as transgender-inclusive health benefits; explicit policy protections for sexual orientation and gender identity/expression; Prime Pride employee resource group programming; and inclusive HR practices like pronoun/self-identification and family-formation benefits. These foundations help people do their best work and help others know what to expect from Prime every day.

Follow Prime’s progress on its path to create a more inclusive culture, both inside the company and with its clients and partners.
