Reporting Principal (Remote)

Job description: The finance reporting principal is responsible for supporting the business in decision-making and operations efforts by providing data, reporting and business intelligence services. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional projects and acting as a coach and mentor for other members of the financial systems team.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, information systems or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience. High school diploma or general educational development (GED) required.
  • Seven years of work experience in data analysis and reporting, including five years of SQL experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship. 

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000–$160,000 based on experience and skills. 


Financial Consultant Sr. (Remote)

Job description: The senior financial consultant provides information, analyses, and consultation to internal and external stakeholders to support existing business and sales of prospective clients. This position assesses the total cost performance of benefits, products and services and develops recommendations for improvements or enhancements to support Prime and client strategic imperatives. This position will maintain and develop analytical models and will collaborate with Prime's Strategic Business Units (SBUs).

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience. High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Five years of experience in pharmacy benefits management, reporting and analytics, benefits consulting, health care, financial services or related field.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000–$138,000 based on experience and skills.  


Senior Compensation Analyst (Remote) 

Job description: The senior compensation analyst is responsible for supporting or leading the development, implementation, communication and administration of compensation plans including base pay and incentive programs, as well as policies and procedures for assigned groups. This role is responsible for competitive and consistent pay practices, compliance with federal and state regulations, including the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and pay transparency.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business or other related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Five years of work experience in compensation.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000–$138,000 based on experience and skills.  


Clinical Pharmacist, Sr. (Remote)

Job description: The senior clinical pharmacist is responsible for the clinical and regulatory analysis activities required for the implementation of clinical and regulated programs, including coverage lists in support of client benefits. This position is responsible for serving as the key strategist to help ensure all client, internal and regulatory initiated projects are implemented according to specifications. This position is also responsible for supporting quality assurance needs and analytical activities related to benefit plans. This role provides work direction, coaching and project leadership for clinical pharmacists.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy Degree. 
  • Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the state where the position is located.
  • Three years of work experience in clinical, retail, hospital or managed care.
  • MediSpan or First Databank experience.
  • Formulary database management experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship. 

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $124,000–$211,000 based on experience and skills.
