This role will drive the ideation process, evaluate emerging market opportunities with key internal and external stakeholders, and structure pilots to validate and refine solutions for market readiness.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration, marketing or related fields or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
- 12 years of work experience in health care with specific experience in pharmacy from one or more of the areas of retail pharmacy, specialty, health plan pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management, wholesaler and/or pharma.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $189,000–$321,000 annually based on experience and skills.
Account Manager (Hybrid, based in Montgomery, Alabama)
Job description: The account manager is responsible for supporting the assigned employer account executive and employer groups in communications, client-facing initiatives and product and program recommendations. This position must establish and maintain relationships with designated client counterparts. The client for this role is based in Montgomery, Alabama. This is an onsite position requiring four days in the office each week, with one day of remote work.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; High school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.
- Two years of client service/account management experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $59,000–$94,000 annually based on experience and skills.
Client Sales Executive (Remote)
Job description: The client sales executive is a dedicated sales position responsible for supporting the growth of the client's Administrative Services Only (ASO) member business by providing customized sales support as part of Prime's integrated approach. This role will proactively develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies in coordination with the client, EmblemHealth, to achieve local market growth across all their member segments. This position leads the pharmacy sales process including the request for proposal (RFP) process, contract negotiations, site visits and follow-up meetings.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED required.
- Seven years of work experience in direct sales, sales support, business development and/or client management in the health care or PBM industry.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $108,000–$184,000 annually based on experience and skills.
Senior Financial Analyst (Remote)
Job description: The senior financial analyst is responsible for providing leadership on financial analysis and reporting related to the profitability of various Prime business areas or units. This position directs the budgeting and forecasting processes for the departments it supports, develops new analytical models that utilize cost drivers and associated metrics, and supports the financial requirements of Prime. This position will be a partner of the departments it supports, will be viewed as the voice of finance for those departments, and become a member of the department's leadership team.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED is required.
- Five years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $74,000–$118,000 annually based on experience and skills.
Senior Privacy Analyst, Medi-Cal (Remote, California)
Job description: The senior privacy analyst serves as the Medi‑Cal privacy officer and supports Prime’s compliance with contractual obligations and applicable state and federal regulations governing the protection of and access to protected health information. This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining privacy policies and procedures and evaluating the organization's overall adherence to privacy practices. This position is also responsible for administering various activities to prevent, detect and correct privacy initiatives across the organization.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, health care, political science, legal, or Juris Doctor degree or related area of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED is required.
- Five years of experience working within a legal or compliance role, or in a project or program coordination role within a highly regulated industry.
- Two years of experience working with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and state or federal privacy laws.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
