Minimum qualifications:

Sales Executive (Remote in Washington or Oregon)
Job description: The sales executive develops and executes sales and marketing strategies to attract new groups within the Blue Plan market to attain member growth. This position leads the pharmacy sales process including the RFP process, contract negotiations, site visits and follow-up meetings.

Manager of Enterprise Risk Management (Remote)
Job description: The manager of enterprise risk management (ERM) is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the ERM framework to identify, assess and mitigate risks across the organization. In collaboration with the senior director of ERM, the manager of ERM will lead the execution and reporting of ERM within Prime. This role will collaborate with various business leaders to integrate risk management into strategic decision-making processes and foster a proactive risk management culture.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, information systems or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED is required.
- Six years of experience, including ERM, operational risk, compliance and/or internal audit experience.

Job description: The senior underwriter is responsible for achieving profit, growth, service and expense objectives through the financial analysis and pricing of Prime's book of business. This position is responsible for developing recommendations for pricing terms; providing structure and risk analysis for highly complex and visible cases, primarily in the health plan markets, that directly impact Prime’s goals, profit drivers and financial value statement. This role serves as subject matter expert on concerns pertaining to underwriting, performance guarantees and other financial considerations.

- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, accounting or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED is required.
- Seven years of related work experience in finance or accounting, including three years in the PBM industry.

Job description: The senior pharmacy network consultant is responsible for the development and management of Prime's retail, mail, specialty and quality-based pharmacy networks. This position is responsible for the management of Prime's network vendor's contracting activities, helping ensure contracting initiatives are effective and completed in accordance to Prime's supply chain cost of goods sold (COGS) and network management strategies. This position is responsible for representing network management on financial audits and network management projects.
Minimum qualifications:

This position is responsible for the management of Prime’s independent pharmacy network contracting activities, helping ensure contracting initiatives are effective and completed in accordance with network management strategies. In addition, this position manages and maintains the Prime provider manual, issues resolution for escalated pharmacies inquiries through the provider relations email box.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED is required.
- Five years of work experience in a call center, customer service, operations, retail pharmacy, pharmacy technician or PBM.

Medication Therapy Management Technician (Hybrid, Minnesota)
Job description: The medication therapy management (MTM) service specialist is responsible for receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to qualified members across all lines of business to review the benefits of the MTM program. This position speaks with members to gather and document accurate information about the member and/or the members’ medications and related disease states using the MTM program system and processes. This is a hybrid position and will require the employee to be on site.

This position is accountable for creation and management of pharmacy contracts and negotiations to help ensure competitiveness and will serve as the liaison between Prime's network management and specialty teams.

Under minimal supervision, the senior underwriter serves as an expert consultant on matters pertaining to underwriting, performance guarantees and other financial considerations. This role provides underwriting services to determine pricing and monitors accounts to help ensure they remain on a profitable basis. The senior underwriter maintains and applies knowledge of pricing strategies in the PBM industry and maintains a positive working relationship with sales, marketing, client engagement and other key business owners within Prime.
