Director of Technical Accounting and Investments

Job description: The Director of Technical Accounting and Investments is responsible for overseeing the research and conclusions for Prime’s technical accounting matters. This position oversees the research, development and drafting of position papers/policies on the accounting and financial consequences of unique and significant transactions, as well as new and emerging accounting standards. This position is responsible for reviewing these conclusions with the Senior Director of Financial Reporting and Controller as well as with the Company's external auditors. The individual in this ro position is also responsible for the accounting and reporting associated with the Company’s strategic investments, statutory regulatory entities, and Captive insurance.

This position interacts with departments across the organization and will also be visible to several members of the executive leadership team


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • CPA
  • Eight years of work experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Five years of management/people leadership experience focusing on coaching and developing the team
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $125,200.00 - $200,000.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
 

Investment Accounting Principal

Job description: The Principal of Investment Accounting is responsible for the accounting and reporting associated with the Company’s strategic investments, statutory regulatory entities and Captive insurance. This role provides financial support to management and various departments. This position interacts with departments across the organization and will also be visible to several members of the executive leadership team.
 

Minimum qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • CPA
  • Six years of work experience in Accounting or Finance

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Employer Account Manager - Remote

Job description: The Employer Account Manager is responsible for supporting the assigned Employer Account Executive and Employer Groups in communications, client-facing initiatives, and product and program recommendations. This position must establish and maintain relationships with designated client counterparts.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • Two years of Client Service/Account Management experience

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $64,700.00 - $97,100.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Director, Specialty Clinical Solutions - RPH/PharmD required - Remote

Job description: This position is responsible for support and development of Medical Pharmacy program strategy as part of the Medical Pharmacy Specialty Clinical Solutions team. This role is responsible for managing current Medical Pharmacy clients and potential new clients. Required to serve as a Medical Pharmacy clinical resource throughout the organization and support all clinical pharmacy programs involving Medical Specialty medications and additional clinical programs as needed. This individual is expected to assume leadership of projects as assigned by VP, Medical Pharmacy Strategy.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Seven+ years of pharmacy, managed care and pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • At least one-two years' Health Plan Pharmacy experience with knowledge of Medical Pharmacy benefit management strategies

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $132,440.00 - $238,360.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Lead Data and Integration Engineer - Remote in California

Job description: This position will act as a liaison between IT Architects and IT Analysts to break down a complex system into smaller components and coach/lead a team of Data and Integration Engineers to design and develop these components. This role functions as primary practitioner coach on the team to grow the capabilities of other engineers on the team. Responsible for driving new initiatives, conducts POC's and evaluates other products for seamless integration. Is an expert at data integration with RDBMS, Big Data/Hadoop, Data Warehouse, Data Lake concepts and has relevant experience with various OS, network and storage concepts. Will perform data modeling and create data architecture footprints that has operational integration capabilities. Must understand how to build advanced jobs using map-reduce technology. Ability identify and track key metrics produced by the application. Contribute to 24x7x365 days of on-call staff coverage.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five+ years related experience including a minimum of 2+ years designing, building and deploying software in Cloud
  • Agile and Design Thinking (Coursera)

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $87,280.00 - $148,380.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Supervisor Claims - Hybrid in or near Rancho Cordova, California

Job description: Responsible for managing team(s) to meet or exceed customer requirements and business objectives.  Accountable for team's performance. Serves as subject matter expert and trains new employees. Interfaces directly with customers, members and/or providers to resolve customer concerns. Assumes additional responsibilities in the absence of the Manager/Director.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five+ years claims processing experience or combination of claims processing and direct customer service experience
  • One+ years direct supervisory experience

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $57,480.00 - $86,220.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
