Account Manager (Hybrid, based in Montgomery, Alabama)  

Job description: The account manager is responsible for supporting the assigned employer account executive and employer groups in communications, client-facing initiatives and product and program recommendations. This position must establish and maintain relationships with designated client counterparts. The client for this role is based in Montgomery, Alabama. This is an onsite position requiring four days in the office each week, with one day of remote work.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; High school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.
  • Two years of client service/account management experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $59,000–$94,000 annually based on experience and skills. 


Sales Development Manager (Remote)  

Job description: The sales development manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process and ensuring ownership, accountability and collaboration among sales, internal Prime departments and external consultants in order to take advantage of sales opportunities and drive Prime's growth and competitiveness. This role collaborates closely with client engagement, marketing, product, and other areas to ensure that the "latest and greatest" Prime messaging, materials and other logistical details for external health plan and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) meetings and presentations are relevant, targeted and appropriate for the intended audience.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; High school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.
  • Five years of progressive experience supporting enterprise sales, working within sales operations, managing sales planning and/or performance.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation:  Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000–$138,000 annually based on experience and skills.


Client Concierge Specialist, Senior (Remote)

Job description: The senior client concierge specialist is responsible for processing, communicating, documenting and tracking more complex member cases for pharmacy concierge services. This position is also responsible for interacting with members, pharmacies, prescribers and/or plans to provide support and assistance with concierge program inquiries and other administrative functions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED. 
  • Two years of customer service experience, including six months of client concierge specialist experience.
  • One year of related work experience in PBM or health care.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $19.23–$28.85 an hour based on experience and skills.


Oracle Reporting Principal (Remote)

Job description: The finance reporting principal is responsible for supporting the business in decision making and operations efforts by providing data, reporting and business intelligence services. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional projects and acting as a coach and mentor for other members of the financial systems team.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Seven years of work experience in data analysis and reporting, including five years of SQL experience.
  • Three years of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Fusion Analytics Warehouse and/or OBIEE. 
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship. 

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000–$160,000 annually based on experience and skills.


Pharmacy Technician I (Onsite, based in or near Orlando, Florida)

Job description: This role performs the basic duties of a pharmacy technician in all designated sites. Including and not limited to, prescription data entry, as well as communicate and coordinate with all parties necessary to ensure timely shipping and delivery of prescription orders. This role pulls and labels medication for pharmacist verification, packs medications appropriately and affixes a shipping label after the order has been verified by a pharmacist and performs all basic duties of a pharmacy technician allowable by legal licensure and registration.

Minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • CPT/ExCPT/LPT/PTCB/RPT, Pharmacy Technician, State Requirements - Pharmacy.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship. 

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $17.85–$25.48 an hour based on experience and skills.


Clinical Pharmacy Technicial (Onsite, based in or near Salt Lake, Utah)

Job description: This role valuates and authorizes approval of prior authorization pharmacy requests from prescribers received by telephone and/or facsimile using client clinical criteria.

Minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Required CPT/ExCPT/LPT/PTCB/RPT, Pharmacy Technician, State Requirements - Pharmacy.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship. 

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $17.85–$25.48 an hour based on experience and skills.
