Product Director

Job description: The product director is accountable for developing and executing initiatives on Prime's product roadmap across the Commercial and Government Programs strategic business units. This position will be responsible for building a deep understanding of market problems facing Prime's clients, cross-functionally leading the development and management of highly complex products and initiatives and proving the value of those products to the market. In addition, this position will work collaboratively with leaders and product owners in other departments to develop product standards, moving from ideation to execution.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.
  • Eight years of related business experience with at least five years in product development.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $108,000–$184,000 based on experience and skills.


Principal Financial Systems – Remote

Job description: The financial systems principal acts as a subject matter expert in financial systems and processes, with deep expertise in Billing, Accounts Receivable, and other Order to Cash (O2C) processes. This role involves leveraging this expertise to provide financial system knowledge for billing system implementation, as well as managing prioritized projects, driving process improvements, conducting advanced research, performing root cause analysis, resolving complex issues, creating documentation, facilitating advanced communications, delivering training, conducting testing, providing ongoing system support and developing reports.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Seven years of work experience in Finance or Accounting including:
    • At least three years of functional experience in at least one of the specific areas for position (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Treasury) and/or (General Ledger, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets).
    • At least 2 years of experience working in the PBM/health care industry.
    • ERP and/or EPM Experience (such as Oracle, SAP, Workday).
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $108,000–$184,000 based on experience and skills.


Business Development Strategist Principal, Government Programs – Remote

Job description: The business development strategist principal is responsible for the development and execution of business development, contracting and marketing support necessary to drive client growth and retention through systematic tracking, comprehensive analytics and internal stakeholder coordination. This position works collaboratively with multiple internal departments including sales, marketing, account management, clinical, product development, legal and contracting.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
  • Seven years of experience including Managed Care space with Medicare Part D or Health Plans.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compliance Client Services Strategist Senior Principal – Remote

Job description: The compliance client services strategist senior principal role is responsible for the development, implementation, execution and maintenance of Prime's Compliance program specific to the State Public Sector (SPS), Government Programs (GP) and Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWP) lines of business.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business management, information management or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
  • 10 years of work experience in legal, compliance or a related field.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $124,000–$211,000 based on experience and skills.


Sr. Technical Writer – Remote

Job description: The senior technical writer is responsible for creating, editing, reviewing and publishing complex documentation. This position will coordinate, prioritize and implement writing and documentation projects including a rotating review and maintenance of existing documentation. This position will routinely collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, business process analysts and management in the development and production of necessary materials for new processes and plans.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, technical writing, education or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Five years of work experience in technical or process-specific documentation.
  • Experience with a web-based workflow management system (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA).
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $74,000–$118,000 based on experience and skills.


Senior Functional Business Consultant – Remote

Job description: The functional business consultant serves as a business system or business process subject matter expert with a high level of understanding of their assigned area. This position will represent their area of expertise with regard to business system knowledge on internal and client projects, regulatory requirements, process improvement, advanced research, root cause analysis, complex issue research, documentation, advanced communications, client interaction, training, testing, ongoing system support and developing reports and coordinating audits.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT or a related area of study, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Five years of work experience in business analysis, project management and/or process improvement to include:
    • Three years of functional experience in at least one of the specific areas for position (e.g., compliance, claims, eligibility, product, benefits, implementations or a related area).
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000–$138,000 based on experience and skills.
