Sr. IT Systems Analyst – Guided Health Implementations (Remote)
Job description: As a senior information technology (IT) systems analyst, you would be responsible for system and data analysis, creating STTs, data mapping, gathering requirements from business writing and refining user stores for GuidedHealth®. You would be responsible for utilizing various delivery methodologies employed by Prime and assist in the communications interface between IT and the business community in the investigation, identification and documentation of business application requirements and technical solutions based on applicable technologies within Prime for either the enhancement of existing applications or to foster the development of new applications. This position is responsible for providing work direction and guidance to less senior members of the Systems Analyst IT team.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience with specific domain relevant to team.
- Five years of experience with system requirements and/or supporting key business applications.
- Proven experience in leading others and providing work direction.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000–$138,000 based on experience and skills.
SIU Specialist (Remote, California)
Job description: The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Specialist is responsible for the intake and initial handling of allegations of fraud, waste and abuse. In this role, you'll conduct preliminary investigations to assess the merit of an allegation through fact gathering and analysis of data. You'll use independent judgment to conclude preliminary investigation in accordance with procedures or to present to management to recommend for audit or investigation. You'll serves as a corporate resource on fraud, waste and abuse issues and maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA privacy requirements and applicable state and federal regulations.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Two-plus years of experience
- Fraud investigations and claims experience
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $21.15–$31.73 an hour based on experience and skills.
Director, Service Delivery
Job description: The director of service delivery is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational direction of member operations solutions related to interaction with Prime clients to understand their business needs. This position brings development suggestions and strategies on behalf of the client to the operations team, is the subject matter expert and the principal interface with the client in terms of member operations solutions and oversees all operations initiatives and products delivered to the client to accomplish client program objectives. This role is responsible for partnering across member operations senior leadership, client engagement and the business integration teams to influence in a way that challenges process, improves results and drives business outcomes.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED required.
- Eight years of work experience in health care industry or operations, including two years of account or relationship management/client service delivery.
- Five years of leadership/people management experience.

Sr. Director, Clinical Strategy and Oncology Specialty Solutions (Remote)
Job description: The senior director of clinical strategy and oncology specialty solutions is responsible for owning the execution of Prime's oncology specialty products and programs, as well as the development of strategic business roadmaps that integrate both medical and pharmacy solutions. This position will provide leadership and direction through leading a team focused on executing functional business plans and strategies. This role will collaborate with other leaders to achieve the successful execution of strategic business initiatives and the delivery of innovative solutions.
Minimum qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree.
- Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the state where the position is located.
- Eight years of work experience within medical and pharmacy drug management within a PBM or managed care organization, or oncology management experience if supporting oncology specialty solutions.
- Six years of leadership/people management experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $143,000–$243,000 based on experience and skills.
Director, Strategic Sales Partnership (Remote)
Job description: The director of strategic sales partnership is responsible for providing thought leadership and tactical guidance to the pharmacy team with a focus on driving client growth and retention through comprehensive market analytics and competitive intelligence. In this role, you'll provide senior leadership with crucial market insights used to establish pipeline management strategy. You'll also serve as liaison and critical subject matter expert for sales, marketing, account management, product development and key stakeholders throughout the enterprise.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and master's degree in business administration.
- Seven-plus years of experience, preferably in health care.

Underwriter (Remote)
Job description: The underwriter is responsible for assisting in the development of the financial component of request for proposal (RFP) responses. This position will work with the senior underwriters and other internal divisions to coordinate the collection of the pertinent information needed to construct competitive offers while meeting established financial targets. The underwriter will serve as a consultant on matters pertaining to both financial and operational performance guarantees while maintaining a positive working relationship with sales, client engagement, pricing, trade relations and other key business owners within Prime.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, accounting or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED required.
- Two years of related work experience in finance or accounting.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $59,000–$94,000 based on experience and skills.
