Compliance Analyst Principal – Remote
Job description: The compliance analyst principal is responsible for the successful development, implementation and execution of the Regulatory Intelligence communication strategy. This position acts as Compliance and regulatory liaison for all lines of business with internal business partners responsible for account management and their clients and prepares regulatory related communications.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.
- Eight years of progressive work experience in legal- or compliance-related roles for a health care or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) organization or within a highly regulated industry, including experience with Medicare, Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000–$160,000 based on experience and skills.
Sr. Compliance Analyst – Remote
Job description: The Regulatory Intelligence compliance analyst assists in the implementation of Prime’s compliance programs within their designated areas and partners with key internal stakeholders to monitor aspects of compliance and validate policies, procedures, support and review of member/provider communications, manuals and materials. This role supports the Regulatory Intelligence team.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED is required.
- Five years of progressive work experience in legal or compliance related roles for a health care or PBM organization or other highly regulated industry, including experience with Medicare, Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $74,000–$118,000 based on experience and skills.
Select Service Account Manager – Remote
Job description: The account manager is responsible for supporting the assigned employer account executive and employer groups in communications, client-facing initiatives and product and program recommendations. This position must establish and maintain relationships with designated client counterparts.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; high school diploma or GED is required.
- Two years of client service/account management experience.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $59,000–$94,000 based on experience and skills.
Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Technician – Hybrid (Minnesota)
Job description: The medication therapy management (MTM) service specialist is responsible for receiving inbound and making outbound calls to qualified members across all lines of business to review the benefits of the MTM program. This position speaks with members to gather and document accurate information about the member and/or the members’ medications and related disease states using the MTM program system and processes.
Minimum qualifications:
- High School diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED.
- One year of work experience in customer service.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $17.85–$25.48 based on experience and skills.
MTM Specialist Sr.
Job description: The senior medication therapy management (MTM) service specialist will act as a subject matter expert for MTM programs. The position is responsible for receiving inbound and making outbound calls to qualified members to review the benefits of the MTM programs in addition to assisting the leaders with Quality Assurance, training and daily tasks as needed.
Minimum qualifications:
- High School diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED.
- Two years of work experience as MTM specialist.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $19.23–$28.85 based on experience and skills.
