Two Prime Therapeutics (Prime) employees have been named 2026 recipients of the OnCon Icon Award for Culture & Inclusion. The award recognizes leaders who help build strong, inclusive communities and create workplaces where people can thrive.  

Zabrina Watkins, diversity, equity and inclusion program director, and Whitney Harvey, diversity, equity and inclusion program senior manager, help guide Prime’s diversity, equity and inclusion work, strengthening connection, expanding learning opportunities and fostering a culture where employees feel respected and supported.  

 

 

The OnCon Icon Awards are driven by peer and community input and are based on impact others have seen the recipients make. After being nominated, Harvey and Watkins were selected through public voting.
