Prime Therapeutics supports community-focused initiatives with grants to 22 nonprofit organizations
Foundation started by Prime awarded its fifth annual round of grants to strengthen communities and address critical needs
The Prime Together Foundation, created by Prime Therapeutics (Prime) employees in 2020, recently distributed more than $100,000 in grants to 501(c)3 organizations that align with the foundation’s mission to work together with our communities to address a range of societal issues such as racism, poverty, health and hunger. This year’s grant recipients include 11 previous recipients and 11 new organizations.
Since its inception, the Prime Together Foundation has awarded about $675,000 in grants to more than 50 organizations across 17 different states. Many of the funds used to cover these grants have been generously donated by Prime employees, who support the mission and impact of the Foundation.
“The Prime Together Foundation exists because we believe real change happens when we work closely with our communities,” says Kerry Florian, vice president, total rewards and board chair of the Prime Together Foundation. “These grants represent our shared commitment to creating opportunities for equity, health and hope in the communities we serve.”
“Thank you to everyone who has contributed since the Foundation’s start in 2020, whether that’s through your time, talent or donations,” Florian added. “You are the driving force behind the impact we’re making.”
