That’s where employees like Caitlin Berry, head of policy and regulatory insights, are poised to create impactful change. Berry leverages her expertise in health care policy to deliver strategic impact. Her contributions span areas including policy development, legislative advocacy, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.  

The Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) recently recognized Berry as among its class of 2026 Rising Stars and Luminaries — women early in their careers and seasoned professionals, respectively, who have made a significant impact on their organizations and the broader health care industry.    

“I’m honored to receive this recognition and thankful to be surrounded by colleagues across the company who challenge, support and inspire me,” Berry said. “It’s a privilege to work for an organization that values thought leadership, collaboration and developing its people.”  

Berry was recognized for her mentorship, peer support, knowledge-sharing and team-player attitude. “She inspires colleagues through her professionalism, integrity and ability to navigate complex policy landscapes,” wrote Marcus Caruso, government affairs lobbyist, in her nomination. “Her dedication to the health care industry is evident in every initiative she undertakes. (Berry) champions policies that improve patient access, safety and affordability. This commitment demonstrates her passion for creating meaningful change in the lives of patients, which include us, our families, our neighbors and our friends.”  

Berry was recognized in April at the HBA Global Ascension Leadership Experience Gala in San Diego, California.
