Prime's multi-factor authentication reminders

Cell phone

What you need to know

At Prime, protecting the privacy of clients and members is a top priority. Prime is expanding its multi-factor authentication (MFA) requirement for all applications. This update strengthens protection for your account and sensitive information.

What this means for you

  • You will continue to provide a second authentication factor in addition to your password for Prime applications.
  • Email will be the default MFA method, but you may also set up phone, Okta, biometric or Google Authenticator options in Prime's Okta dashboard.
  • No change will be made to the overall user experience.
  • New users will still receive an activation email with instructions.
