What you need to know

Last month, Prime sent out a communication on the Arkansas Insurance Department’s (AID) reporting requirements under Arkansas Rule 128. Recently, Prime experienced unanticipated system issues that affected the data extraction process for the Arkansas Rule 128 Pharmacy Reimbursement Report, resulting in an incomplete report.

As a result, Prime requested and received an extension from AID and will submit the completed Rule 128 report to the AID no later than March 27, 2026. We are actively completing final data validation and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness and regulatory integrity of the Arkansas Rule 128 Pharmacy Reimbursement Report prior to submission.
