One of the brightest minds in health care, Dr. Chodroff was selected for the Everest Award for her perseverance and accomplishments including:

Through her HBA service, Dr. Chodroff stands out as a role model for others and serves as a mentor to other women in health care to help support their career development. Next, Dr. Chodroff will serve in a newly appointed position as the first global chair of HBA’s newly formed Patient Centricity Affinity Group.
“The HBA would not exist or continue to grow without dedicated volunteers like Dr. Chodroff who help us work toward our mission of furthering the advancement and impact of women in the business of health care,” said Kristy L. Aro, chair, HBA New York Tri-State Region. “Dr. Chodroff is a force of change, and she’s left a lasting impact in our region and the Greater Rochester area.”
