Prime is directed by commercial health plan Clients to partner with State Medicaid/Medicare agencies and/or their vendor for the purposes of Medicaid/Medicare subrogation where Prime’s Clients may be identified as the primary payer. For requests to implement new subrogation services and any changes to existing subrogation services complete the downloadable intake form and documentation inventory.
