Prime Therapeutics recognized as Star Tribune National Standard Top Workplace

The Minneapolis Star Tribune recently named Prime Therapeutics a 2021 National Standard Top Workplace

June 21, 2021
This award recognizes the best places to work according to a company’s employees. The recognition was granted based on Prime’s benefit programs and offerings, community involvement opportunities and overall culture. It is also reflective of a progressive and innovative company mindset.

“We are proud to once again be named a Star Tribune Top Workplace,” says Erin Feigal, chief human resources officer. “We have a top-notch culture at Prime, and it’s great to see that our employees believe that too. Thank you to all of our employees – you make Prime an excellent place to work.”

The results were based on a voluntary employee survey that measures employee engagement and satisfaction, as well as organizational health.

This marks Prime’s eighth time to earn a spot on one of the Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces lists. This is the second time Prime has been honored this year, having been recognized nationally as a 2021 Top Workplace USA in January.
