Prime Therapeutics named to the list of Healthiest Employers of Minnesota

The award recognizes Prime’s commitment to workplace wellness through its policies and benefits.

Prime Therapeutics  made the 2022 honoree list for Healthiest Employers of Minnesota for the fourth consecutive year, placing fourth among similar-sized companies (500-4,999 employees).

Healthiest Employers compiled the list in partnership with Springbuk, a health data analytics company. This year, they noted that many companies have taken significant strides to foster a healthier work ecosystem, reinforcing the need for companies to stay competitive with workplace wellness trends.

Prime was recognized for its workplace offerings including flexible work schedules, mental health support, tuition reimbursement and paid paternity and maternity leave.

“Here at Prime, we are proud to offer our employees a robust benefits package,” said Kerry Florian, vice president, total rewards. “This recognition reaffirms the strength of our offerings and the commitment we have to employee wellness.”

Prime was also named to the 2022 Healthiest Employers of Nebraska list.
