Prime’s community giving program, PrimeCares, brings employees together to donate, volunteer and participate in community events. Employees raised more than $312,000 for charity partners in 2021.

Our passion for helping people goes beyond health care. Prime employees support five charity partners and the Prime Together Foundation by volunteering, participating in local events or donating.
Matching and volunteer matching gift program
Prime matches up to 100% of employee donations up to $500 annually towards eligible 501(C)(3) charitable organizations. Prime also matches employee’s volunteer time. For each eight hours volunteered with an organization, Prime matches $125 ($500 annually).

Working together to create change in our communities.
The Prime Together Foundation works with our communities to address inequality and injustice in all its manifestations, particularly racism, poverty, health, and hunger. Through donations from employees and other stakeholders, the foundation distributed $150,000 in grants to six nonprofit organizations in 2021.
