How well do medication management therapy (MTM) programs work? This study showed that members who completed comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs), as part of a MTM program, improved the percentage of adherent members. 40% more members were adherent. (Adherence was defined as having a proportion of days covered over 80%.) Adherence was measured for medications to treat diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
