An updated IRA FAQ document is also available on the Prime Client Portal here. New or updated content is captured in red font.

Prime’s Client Portal requires access to view these updates.

Legacy Prime clients: if you don’t have access to the portal, contact your IT administrator to request access, just as you would to access any Prime application.

Legacy MRx clients: Check your Sharepoint site or MRx account teams will send their respective content directly.
