You’ll play a dual role as a member of our customer service team. You’ll be on the front line to answer member calls, and behind the scenes to review claims. We’ll be with you. We offer training and support so you can help members get the medicine they need.
Find affordable solutions
Help members understand options where they can save money on their medicine.
Offer a superior member experience
Answer questions members have on their medicine in a clear, empathetic manner.
Audit
Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management and controls.
