Furthering your education
At Prime, we offer education reimbursement support and a professional development program for employees who work 20-40 hours per week (not available to seasonal employees or interns). The program includes both undergraduate and graduate reimbursement opportunities with accredited schools. The courses you take must apply to your current position.
Financial support
Prime offers a variety of financial support resources including a 401k match contribution (100% of the first six percent of your salary), seminars and online tools. We also partner with Ameriprise Financial, Fidelity Investments and Edelman Financial services to offer retirement and financial planning to help you feel confident about your financial future.
Emotional support
We offer resources people can use to support their emotional balance and health. One example is our Learn to Live program, which offers online support for people struggling with stress, sleeplessness, anxiety, substance abuse or depression.
Wellness programs
Prime’s wellness mission is to encourage employees and their spouses to make healthy choices to feel better and live well. Our be well program encompasses all aspects that contribute to overall well-being — physical health, emotional health, and financial health.
To help reduce medical premiums, we offer optional annual wellness screenings. You and your spouse (if applicable) can each earn up to $1,600 off your premiums annually by meeting our healthy range standards – a significant reduction to out-of-pocket premium costs.
Recognition and rewards
At Prime, you can recognize your coworkers for doing outstanding work – and in turn, be recognized for your accomplishments. Our PrimeAwards program gives visibility and points to employees. The points can then be redeemed for merchandise including electronics, fitness equipment and gift cards.
