Prime Therapeutics named a Best and Brightest in Wellness winner

Pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) Prime Therapeutics LLC (Prime) was named to the list of the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness by the National Association for Business Resources for the fourth year in a row.

“Receiving this award is exciting because employee wellness is a top priority at Prime,” said Kerry Florian, vice president, total rewards. “We strive to offer great benefits that help employees live a healthy lifestyle, and this affirms that our offerings continue to do that.”

The list is comprised of 31 companies across the United States that do an exceptional job of promoting employee wellbeing and workplace health and wellness.

Companies participated in a survey and were analyzed based on their responses, which covered employee outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation and incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture and workplace environment.

The National Association for Business Resources has conducted Best and Brightest in Wellness competitions for over 20 years, identifying numerous best practices and benchmarks for leading companies.
