Second annual report gives a transparent overview of Prime’s organizational makeup, highlights milestones along its journey

Prime Therapeutics (Prime) released its second annual Diversity, Equity And Inclusion (DEI) Transparency Report which provides a transparent look into its corporate culture through a DEI-focused lens. This year’s report provides an overview of Prime’s progress since 2018 and examines year-over-year improvement, acknowledging the enduring journey ahead.
Releasing this report aligns with Prime’s vision for diversity and inclusion efforts to be seen, heard and felt throughout the company, becoming part of its organizational DNA.
The report provides a clear look at Prime’s organizational makeup and highlights the milestones of the Prime Together Foundation, Diversity & Inclusion Council and employee resource groups. Additionally, it gives insight into various initiatives such as health and pay equity and Prime’s Beyond the Yellow Ribbon (BTYR) designation, awarded for its support of military employees and their families.
Specific accomplishments include:
- Scoring 90 out of 100 on the Disability Equality Index®
- Signing the “CEOs are IN” commitment for disability inclusion
- Publishing gender transition resources for leaders and transitioning employees
- Expanding DEI-related learning and training experiences for employees
- Updating copy style guidelines to be more inclusive

DEI Transparency Report Highlights
Forty-two percent of Prime’s workforce identifies as one of the following: American Indian or Alaska Native (0.9%), Asian (13.3%), Black or African American (12.5%), Hispanic or Latino (6.8%), Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander (0.4%), Two or More Races (3%), or Other (5.1%); 57.9% identify as White.
Prime saw an increase from 2021 in the following categories:
- 7% increase (162% growth) in Black or African American leadership representation
- 2% increase (134% growth) in Two or More Races representation
- 6% increase (50% growth) in Asian leadership representation
- 1% increase (49% growth) in Black or African American representation
- 9% increase (5% growth) in female leadership
