Remote work is still a significant trend, as many employees prefer remote or hybrid arrangements, and the demand for remote jobs remains high. In fact, the World Economic Forum anticipates flexible work will increase 25% to 92 million jobs by 2030.¹   

FlexJobs — a job-seeking platform for remote, hybrid and flexible employment — recently recognized Prime Therapeutics (Prime) for its efforts championing flexible and remote work options for employees, naming the company among the Top 100 Companies for Remote Jobs in 2025.

In its 12th annual list, FlexJobs analyzed more than 60,000 companies with remote jobs posted between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2024. Prime is ranked seventh. Last year, FlexJobs also named Prime among the top workplaces for remote work, where Prime ranked 30th.
