PrimeCentral replaces Prescription Hub with a streamlined member experience

What you need to know
As part of Prime Therapeutics’ (Prime) ongoing commitment to deliver meaningful solutions to our clients, we are consolidating our member-facing platforms. Members will continue to be able to access the Prescription Hub member portal and utilize our new and improved PrimeCentral™ mobile application.
PrimeCentral™ is the one stop shop to a best-in-class pharmacy experience. With added functionality, such as:
• Digital ID card: Added convenience for members and reduction of printing costs
• Universal savings: Achieve cost savings for everyone with low-cost alternative recommendations.
• Digital engagement: Deliver personalized alerts about savings and benefit changes.
• Seamless program integration: Provide a one-stop experience for members.
Next steps
As we prepare users for this change, the following next steps will be put in place:
Messaging will be added to the Prescription Hub member portal sign-in page to guide users to download the PrimeCentral application.
Messaging will be added to the Prescription Hub mobile application indicating that it will be replaced with PrimeCentral in December 2025.
Prime’s contact center agents will be made aware of the change and that members should be directed to the web portal or PrimeCentral application.
We’re confident that this move will prove to be a more cohesive and efficient experience for our members.
