What you need to know  

As part of Prime Therapeutics’ (Prime) commitment to protecting our clients' data and ensuring meetings are secure, we will no longer allow Artificial Intelligence (AI) bots to attend Prime meetings after June 20, 2025. Additionally, all guests joining from outside of Prime will be required to complete a CAPTCHA verification to further protect meetings from bots.  

No action is required by clients at this time. 

Overview 

Prime will make the following changes to ensure the security of virtual meetings we hold with our clients and partners: 

• AI bots will no longer be allowed in virtual meetings: To preserve the confidentiality of our discussions, AI bots, such as ReadAI, will not be permitted to attend Prime meetings after June 20. This ensures our meeting spaces remain secure and prevents unintended recording or data capture by automated tools.  

• CAPTCHA verification for external guests: After June 20, guests joining from outside Prime will now complete a brief CAPTCHA verification before entering a meeting. This quick step helps confirm that attendees are real people, not bots or automated programs. Users can choose between a text CAPTCHA with Latin characters and an audio CAPTCHA in English. 

Why it matters  

During meetings, Prime employees often discuss confidential information, strategic decisions and sensitive data, which may include your member information. Protecting this data is a critical priority and allowing third-party bots to attend a meeting, even unintentionally, can put our data at risk. 

These updates are in response to the continued security efforts at Prime to stop AI-powered platforms from recording and summarizing meetings at Prime that may contain sensitive information and data. Taking proactive steps now allows us to mitigate future threats and reinforces our shared commitment to protecting sensitive information.
