Prime Earns 2021 Top Workplaces USA Award

Prime was recently recognized with the 2021 Top Workplaces USA award. The award shines a national spotlight on companies that are great places to work.

This award encompasses Prime’s competitive benefits, community involvement and workplace culture. It also comes after Prime was recognized as a 2020 Star Tribune Top 150 Workplace, which also signifies a positive culture.

More than 1,100 companies nationwide participated in the Top Workplaces USA survey, which compiles employee feedback. The survey uses 15 culture drivers to predict high performance and an excellent culture.
