Award highlights great morale, engagement and retention

Prime Therapeutics (Prime) was once again named a Best Places to Work recipient in New Mexico by Albuquerque Business First in the extra-large company category. The award recognizes companies that have created positive work environments, while also promoting New Mexico and its area employers.

The award comes after Prime’s Albuquerque location transitioned to fully remote work last summer. Results from an employee survey showed that employees remain engaged and connected, despite the change.

“The glue that binds all of our efforts at Prime together – in Albuquerque and across the country – are great leaders at every level that understand the nuances of remote leadership,” says Dan White, director, operations. “The past year has certainly been a learning curve, but from the newest technician to the most tenured leader, everyone has been committed to making it work for each other, for our members and for our clients. We are happy to be recognized for our achievements over the past year.”

“We are thrilled to be named one of the best places to work in New Mexico. Even though we no longer have a physical site in Albuquerque, the employees in this location are a vital component of Prime’s overall culture,” adds Erin Feigal, senior vice president and chief human resources officer. “This award is indicative of the great people at Prime and the connection they feel to their work. Congratulations to all Albuquerque-based employees!”

For the ranking, an independent researcher administered a workplace satisfaction survey to employees who live in New Mexico. Prime ranked second in the extra-large company category.
