You’ll play a dual role as one of our pharmacy customer service representatives. You’ll be on the front line answering member calls while simultaneously reviewing claims behind the scenes. You won’t be alone, however — we offer comprehensive training and support to help you help members get the medicine they need.

Offer a superior member experience

Answer questions members have about their medicine in a clear, empathetic manner.
