For nearly 40 years, Prime Therapeutics (Prime) has taken a different approach to pharmacy benefits, helping to improve care, manage costs and make pharmacy work better for the patients and communities we serve. 
Prime was created by not-for-profit Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans to put people first and make pharmacy benefits work better for everyone. Our history and evolution reflect that vision, from advancing integrated medical and pharmacy data to improving affordability, access and value across the healthcare system.
