Two-touch rapid response program helped more members to refill their prescriptions
Prime’s missed refill program was tested with nearly 83,000 Medicare members who had at least a seven-day gap in a CMS Star-adherence medication supply. First, members first got a phone call. Then, within one or two weeks, they got a reminder letter. The adherence rate for the members in the refill program rose 8%.
