Extending Prime’s purpose to our communities

Helping people feel better and live well extends beyond managing pharmacy benefits. We also give back to the communities in which we work and live.

PrimeCares, our corporate giving and volunteer program, creates opportunities for Prime employees to take an active role in our local communities.

Just ask Habitat for Humanity, one of Prime’s charity partners. This summer, more than 550 employees wore their bright blue PrimeCares t-shirts and put in more than 4,400 volunteer hours to help build a house and give another house a fresh coat of paint.

Hard at work

Several teams came together to support Minnesota's Habitat for Humanity chapter.

Prime’s work with Habitat for Humanity helps people in need of a good place to live.

We also partner with four other charity partners on a regular basis and encourage employee involvement with health care and human services organizations through volunteering, matching donations and walk/run/bike team events.

“From building homes to fundraising for disease research to participating in a walking event, our PrimeCares activities are at the core of what Prime is all about — helping people feel better and live well," says Erin Feigal, vice president, human resources
