But you won’t be alone. We’ll support you with thorough training to answer questions about pharmacy benefits and help customers get the medicine they need. You’ll have a direct impact on our customers every day. And you can do it all right from home.

As a Member Service Specialist, you’ll take calls from health plan members, pharmacies and providers using computer-based tools to research their specific benefit plans. Empathy and active listening are important skills for our Member Service Specialists. We are looking for people who can:
- Help create a better member experience to help people get the medicine they need to feel better and live well
- Learn about the health care industry to perform work that makes a measurable difference
- Work from home effectively and are eager to grow into roles of increased responsibility and leadership
