Senior Vice President, Commercial and Government Markets
As senior vice president, commercial and government markets, Cameron Olig oversees all aspects of the sales process and management of client relationships.
A key responsibility Olig manages is delivering a superior and differentiated experience to Prime’s commercial, health insurance marketplace, select service, and national account clients. Under Olig’s leadership, the commercial markets and sales teams work diligently to compete for business and sell Prime’s core services and products.
Olig’s team works collaboratively to align Prime and client resources to help ensure successful client onboarding, implementation and ongoing account maintenance.
With more than 20 years of health care experience, Olig knows what it takes to effectively manage client relationships and grow the business. In his tenure at Prime, membership has grown by 23 million lives accounting for five Blue Plan implementations, all while client satisfaction ratings remain greater than almost 80 percent.
Prior to joining Prime in 2004, Olig was a principal and consultant at Towers Perrin, working with clients on benefit design, benefit funding and all financial aspects of benefit management. In addition, he managed client relationships to ensure service delivery, customer satisfaction and revenue expansion. Olig also has experience consulting with health care providers.
Olig earned his bachelor of science degree in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an associate in the Society of Actuaries.
