Muti-Factor Authentication (MFA) Guide

Prime requires that you will need to install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device in order to setup your new computer. Plan to set aside 15-20 minutes to install the app and register your new device.

Setting up MFA with the Authenticator app

You will need access to your Prime supplied computer and your mobile device to complete these steps. Throughout this set up you will be switching between your computer and your mobile device.

Note: If you have previously set up Microsoft Authenticator on another device, see 'Set up and manage Microsoft Authenticator on additional devices' document on PrimeToday.

Open PrimeToday, and enter 'Setup MFA' in the search box, select the 'Setup MFA on additional devices' document.

There are many Android and Apple iOS versions available, the images used in these instructions may not match what you will see on your mobile device.
