Prime awarded NCQA accreditation

Prime is pleased to announce that as of April 25, 2023, we have been awarded full three-year accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for utilization management (UM). Prime clients are now eligible for automatic credit for UM cases completed by Prime dated April 25, 2023 or later. Provided is a copy of the accreditation certificate for your records.

Note: The NCQA report card may not currently reflect Prime’s accreditation but will be updated to reflect this status by no later than May 15, 2023.

This is an awareness message only. No action is needed from Prime clients at this time.
