The end of the year is rapidly approaching, and we understand how busy this time of year can be for everyone. To provide our customers with the best possible service, we would like to bring to your attention the following year-end deadlines. Any benefit configuration and identification card requests received after these dates will be processed in order as received.

| Dec. 4, 2023 forward | Benefit Configuration | As in the past, for benefit configuration requests that are received and approved after Dec. 1, 2023, there will be an autoload benefit option available; business requests will still be accepted after this date. This allows for a plan to go live with basic plan parameters, copays, and accumulations. The complete benefit build will be completed on a first-come, first-served basis. |

Holiday hours
Our holiday hours are listed below. As a reminder, members can reach our Customer Service Department 24 hours a day, seven days a week (including holidays) by calling the Rx phone number on their ID cards. In addition, online access is available at magellanrx.com/member/login/ or via the MRx Mobile App available on the Apple app store and Google play store. Search for “Magellan Rx” in your app store to download the app.
Thanksgiving: Closed Thursday, November 23, 2023, and Friday, November 24, 2023.
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day: Closed Friday, Dec. 22, 2023, Monday, Dec. 25, 2023, and Monday, Jan. 1, 2024.
