In her role as Prime's Senior Vice President of Government Programs, Sharon Carlin oversees Prime's Medicare Part D program. She ensures that all oversight and support functions of this program meet regulatory as well as client requirements.
Sharon has extensive experience in government program operations and products. Before joining Prime, she worked as Chief Operating Officer of CIGNA Behavioral Health and Chief Operating Officer for EverCare, a Medicare program within Ovations, a business unit of United Health Group. She was also CEO of Blue Care Network Great Lakes, a subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
Sharon has a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Walsh College, Troy, Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Lake Superior State University, Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan
