MEDICARE PART D
New voluntary Medicare prescription drug plans will be available to beneficiaries who are entitled to Medicare Part A and/or enrolled in Part B beginning January 1, 2006. At that time, Prime will be providing prescription benefit services through newly created networks known as the Prime Therapeutics Standard ("PrimeStandard") and the Prime Therapeutics Extended ("PrimeExtended") networks, including Long Term Care (LTC), Home Infusion (HI), and Indian Health Service, Indian Tribe and Tribal Organization, and Urban Indian Organization (I/T/U).
