Q. How do I know what network contract to request?

The Prime Therapeutics National Network services a large percentage of our client base. However, you can input the member's ID number into the appropriate section of our Network Contract Request and Prime Therapeutics will determine which network contract you need.


Q. How will I receive updates on new clients or changes that impact my customers?

Prime Therapeutics distributes the Prime Perspective Newsletter quarterly to all participating independent providers and chain headquarters. The Prime Perspective Newsletter provides information on new groups in your area, benefit changes, and formulary updates. The most recent edition of Prime Perspective Newsletter can be accessed from our pharmacy home page.
