As Chief Operating Officer of Prime Therapeutics, Kim Mageau is responsible for overall operations, service delivery and the continual development of scalable and efficient core processes. She oversees Government Programs, Mail Operations, Clinical and Specialty Operations, Health Plan Solutions, Information Technology, Business and Client Integration.
In her previous role as Prime's Chief Financial Officer, Kim directed Prime's Finance, Trade Relations and Pharmacy Network areas. Her prior work experience includes supply chain management, procurement, business integration, mail order and information systems. She has also lead manufacturing, fulfillment and distribution centers. Other areas of focus included, financial strategies and reporting, treasury matters, investment valuation and management, internal controls, M&A, Board relations, facilities, human resources.
Kim earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis and her Juris Doctor from the William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
