As Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors, Mr. Aaron Rodriguez is responsible for managing all of Prime's legal affairs.
Mr. Rodriguez has nearly 20 years of experience in the health care industry. This extensive experience includes legal and business roles in the health care, medical device and pharmacy benefit sectors, as well as at a large Minneapolis-based law firm.
Mr. Rodriguez holds a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Minnesota and a law degree from the University of Minnesota.
