Jim DuCharme
Chief Financial Officer
As chief financial officer at Prime Therapeutics (Prime), Jim DuCharme oversees all financial operations including the accounting, financial planning, audit, pricing and treasury functions. He leads all finance operations, including the corporate controller and treasurer offices, and is furthering help to build the company's foundation for continued growth.
Mr. DuCharme brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a proven track record of providing consistent and sound financial performance in highly competitive health care markets. Prior to coming to Prime, Jim was chief financial officer and treasurer at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Inc. Jim also spent 20 years in financial leadership at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts serving as CFO and treasurer and as divisional manager of corporate budgets and reporting. Jim also served as CFO with capital district physicians health plans in Albany, NY.
Mr. DuCharme received his Master of Business Administration in corporate finance from the University of Pittsburgh and his bachelor's degree in political science and economics from Dickinson College. He is a certified public accountant as well as a certified management accountant.
