Erin Ascher is responsible for the overall direction of Prime's Human Resources department. One of her key initiatives is to develop and implement new tools and services to assist and retain the 1500 current Prime employees that are based in five different states. Her primary focus is on the creation of new strategies to attract and keep new talent.
Erin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. She comes to Prime with nearly 20 years of experience in human resources and talent development. Before joining Prime, Erin worked at Ecolab where she was Vice President of Human Resources within the International Sector. Prior to that position, she also served as Ecolab's Vice President of Talent Development and Succession Planning.
