As Chief Financial Officer for Prime Therapeutics, Charles Roehrick is responsible for all the financial functions of Prime including the corporate Controller and Treasurer offices, the Pharmaceutical Trade Relations department and the Pricing, Planning and Analysis department.Chuck was most recently CFO of Specialized Care Services, a segment of UnitedHealth Group and was also previously a segment CFO at Marsh and McLennan Companies. Prior to this, he worked as a Controller for ADC Telecommunications and Cray Research in addition to several years in accounting at Pillsbury, Coopers & Lybrand (now part of PriceWaterhouse Coopers).
He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Carleton College and a master's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
